Privacy Policy

Dialytics ("we", "us") provides an analytics co-pilot that connects to Google Analytics 4 and delivers insights to Slack. This policy explains what data we access, why, and how we protect it. We collect the minimum needed to run the service and never sell your data.
Data we access
- Google account: your email and basic profile, used to identify your account.
- Google Analytics 4 (read-only): aggregated analytics for the property you choose (sessions, channels, conversions, and similar metrics). We request read-only access and never write to or modify your GA4 account.
- Slack: a bot token and the channel you select, used to post digests and alerts and to read replies in threads where you mention us.
- Business context you provide: the description of your business and any goals you share, used to make insights relevant.
How we use it
We use your data solely to generate and deliver your weekly digest, detect anomalies, answer your questions in Slack, and remember context that makes future insights sharper. Generating insights involves sending relevant analytics summaries and your business context to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the narrative. We do not use your data to train models.
Google API limited use
Dialytics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Analytics data only to provide and improve the features described above.
Storage and security
Data is stored in our database (hosted on Supabase) and access tokens are kept only to operate the service on your behalf. We restrict access, transmit data over encrypted connections, and retain data only while your account is active.
Sharing
We share data only with the infrastructure providers that run the service (Google for analytics access, Slack for delivery, Anthropic for AI generation, Supabase for storage, and our hosting providers). We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Your rights
You can disconnect Google or Slack at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. Revoking access in your Google or Slack settings immediately stops further data access.
