Terms of Service

Last updated: June 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of Dialytics. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using Dialytics on behalf of a company, you accept these terms for that company.

The service

Dialytics connects to your Google Analytics 4 and Slack to deliver weekly digests, anomaly alerts, and answers to your questions. The service depends on third-party platforms (Google, Slack, Anthropic) and may change as those platforms change.

Your account

You are responsible for the accounts and integrations you connect and for keeping your access secure. You must have the right to connect any GA4 property and Slack workspace you link to Dialytics.

Trial and billing

The free trial lasts 14 days and requires no credit card. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law or the terms of the platforms it connects to. We may suspend accounts that do.

Insights are guidance, not advice

Dialytics generates analysis and recommendations to help you make decisions. They are provided as is, can contain errors, and are not a substitute for your own judgment. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dialytics is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service over time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
